Specific deliverables, timelines, revisions, fees, and responsibilities may be defined in a proposal, quotation, statement of work, platform agreement, or other written project agreement.

3. Proposals, Scope & Changes

Project scope is based on the agreed deliverables. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, time, or a revised agreement. Changes may affect schedules and delivery dates.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, content, access credentials, feedback, and any materials required to complete a project. Delays in receiving required materials or approvals may affect project timelines.

5. Payments

Fees, deposits, milestones, payment schedules, and cancellation terms will be stated in the applicable agreement or invoice. Work may be paused or withheld where required payments are overdue. Where a third-party marketplace or payment platform is used, its terms may also apply.

6. Revisions & Approvals

The number of included revisions, where applicable, will be stated in the agreed scope. Once a deliverable is approved, substantial changes may be treated as additional work. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final materials before publication or production.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and licensing of final deliverables transfer only according to the terms of the applicable project agreement and after all required payments have been completed. ZenVLab may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, methods, templates, concepts, working files, source materials, or reusable systems unless specifically transferred in writing.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party hosting, domains, software, plugins, APIs, AI services, fonts, stock assets, payment providers, or other platforms. Third-party terms, licenses, pricing, availability, and limitations may apply. ZenVLab is not responsible for changes, outages, or failures caused by third-party services.

9. AI-Assisted Services

Where AI tools or automation are used, outputs may require human review, refinement, verification, or client approval. AI-generated or AI-assisted results may not be unique and may be subject to third-party platform terms or limitations. Clients remain responsible for reviewing materials before commercial use where appropriate.

10. Website Content & Availability

We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website without notice where reasonably necessary.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, infringement of third-party rights, distribution of malicious code, or any activity that could damage or interfere with ZenVLab, its systems, or other users.

12. Limitation of Liability

Any liability relating to a paid project will, where legally permitted, be limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

These terms will be interpreted and governed according to the applicable laws identified in the relevant client agreement or, where no separate agreement applies, the laws applicable to ZenVLab’s operating jurisdiction, subject to mandatory legal rights.
